FAQ – Catifyme

Let's see if we can

find you some answers

Basic Questions

What do I get for my money?

You will get a cat version of one person, from a photo of your choice, approximating the person expression, posture and general looks. In addition to the basic $10 service you can add more extras for your cat, which will enhance its likeness and make a more fun portrait.

What does the delivery looks like?

The default delivered image is a .jpg file that can be printed as 5×7” photo. You can order “Deliver in high resolution” extra for bigger prints, up to 11×16”.

I want a group photo but don’t have all the people in one image. Can I send several separate photos?

Sure thing! The only thing we require is that the photos are of reasonable size and quality.

Can my cat version look like my cat?

Yes, just send us a photo or description of your cat color and pattern.

When will I get my catification?

Due to high demand, delivery time is set to 14 days. Although you are very likely to receive your image in a week or two, it’s more reasonable to expect delivery within 14 days.

Ordering Questions

How do I order?

It’s a piece of cake! Just click here, upload your photos and choose extras you would like to include in your catification.

How do I pay?

You can pay with a credit card or PayPal. After placing an order you will be guided to the PayPal gateway, where you can choose your preferred method of payment.

How can I request a revision?

Simple as that, just reply to the mail you received about your delivery, or visit out Support section and fill a form. Just don’t forget to mention your order number.

What do two included revisions means?

Two revisions are meant to be two separate requests about several small changes, like these examples:

  • We’ve used the wrong color? You can request a change of the color – of the eyes, fur, accessories or clothes.
  • We’ve left something out of the picture? Just point it out and we would be glad to include it.
  • You think your cat doesn’t look as convincing as the original? Please let us know exactly what you find to be misrepresented and we’ll make sure it gets fixed.
